Who we are

This website is run by Inspiry Solutions, a remote WordPress development and technical SEO studio founded by Mian Rizwan and based in Punjab, Pakistan. For the personal data described here, Inspiry Solutions is the controller.

What we collect

When you send the audit or enquiry form we receive:

• the website address you enter and your email address
• your message, if you write one
• the page you sent the form from, the page that referred you to our site and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source)
• your browser type (user agent)

Website statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and to measure how quickly our pages load for real visitors. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device and does not follow you to other websites.

For each page view it records the page address, the page that linked to it, your browser and device type, your approximate country and page-speed measurements. We only see totals, never individual visitors, and Cloudflare does not use your IP address to identify you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are useful and keeping the site fast.

What we do not collect

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not set cookies for visitors. Fonts are served from our own site, not from a third party. Your IP address is used only to stop the form being abused: it is turned into a one-way code and kept for 10 minutes, then deleted.

If we add spam protection or anything else that processes visitor data, we will update this notice first.

Why we use it

We use your details to review your website, reply to your request and, if you go ahead, to plan and deliver the work. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries you send us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not sell your data, use it for automated decisions or add you to a mailing list.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is stored in our website's content management system and sent to our email inbox. The companies that host our website and email process it on our behalf. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

Cloudflare hosts this website and produces the visit statistics described above, acting on our behalf.

We work from Pakistan and our service providers may store data outside the UK and European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the providers' standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as needed to deliver the work and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
• delete your data, or restrict how we use it
• stop using your data where we rely on legitimate interests
• send your data to you or another organisation in a portable format

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the data protection authority where you live.
